How We Got Started
Back in 2008, my mom made a washer toss game to take camping. We had so much fun with it! I thought to myself, "Hey, I could make those!" So, I did. The only thing different was that I made mine to the regulation size- 15" squared. The one she made was about 25" squared (was way too easy to score points) with a paint can in the middle. I started selling them on ebay, craigslist, and eventually got a booth at the Brookfield Farmers Market Craft Fair.
There were so many people that asked me if I made cornhole games. I looked into it, and the startup cost was just a little too high for "maybe selling a few games". After asking for some of the supplies for Christmas and my birthday, I took the plunge and made my first cornhole game in May of 2014. Before I even had it painted, I sold 5 games to family and friends. It took off from there.
In July of 2014, I officially became a business.
After expanding my horizons with cornhole, I started making new games (giant stacking blocks, giant dominoes, kids stacking blocks, etc.) Without the help of many people around me, I would not be where I am today. I am very grateful to all of them!
